Sinks & faucets

Kitchen and bath, drop-in to pull-down.

A sink swap is never just the sink: the faucet, the strainer, the supply lines and the seal all move with it. The record shows the whole sequence, from the old fixture coming out to the new one set, with water run before the tools are packed.

A drain rebuild, honestly shown.

Same cabinet, same visit. The old trap disassembled on the left; the new ABS assembly, unions tight, on the right.

Toilets & bidet seats

Set, supplied, powered, commissioned.

A modern toilet with a bidet seat is a plumbing job and a small electrical one at once: supply line, valve, seat, and the control panel lit before we call it finished. The TOTO Washlet on this page is a documented install.

Plumbing questions.

If water is going somewhere it shouldn’t, put this page down and call.

  • Both. Sinks, faucets, drains, toilets and valves are on the record as their own calls, and every appliance install already includes the pipework it needs, from the water line to the drain.

From drip to done.

Describe the fixture, the fault, or the machine that's arriving. The quote is clear, and we leave the cabinet cleaner than we found it.
